Currently the solution supports Monthly and Employee specific attendance reports and can always be configured as per your requirements.

Registration happens from the application installed on as iOS or Android tablet and it is one time activity. As long as the tablets are having latest version of Android/ iOS, image quality shouldn't effect the results.

Yes, the user roles can be classified during the registration itself

Currently administrators shall receive in-app and email notification for entry, exit and anomalous entry attempts. Solution also supports SMS notification if required.

IMPLEMENTATION & SETUP

  • iOS/Android Tablets at all entry & exit locations
  • If there is a common Entry/Exit, we suggest 2 separate devices on either side
  • On-premise CPU for Face recognition (for better performance)

  • We create and configure a tenant (organization) with all the required information on our AWS platform
  • Download the APP from the APP store

If you have a server readily available, we can deploy our solution into your server else we can procure a server on your behalf and included as part of installation cost

Yes, in order for the application to work it should be on Wi-Fi environment

Yes, it can work in both the modes. In offline mode, data gets stored on the local device and updates to the server once internet is available

Based on the site survey and our understanding of your requirement, a suitable cloud storage subscription model will be recommended. However if don’t choose to opt for a cloud storage, then the image storage limit depends on the Android/ iOS tablet storage specifications.

Yes, the platform has been built to manage large datasets

Yes, the platform can be seamlessly be integrated with customer's existing databases and systems (Payroll, HR, Visitor Management)
